CRUX is an award winning digital production company that lives at the intersection of three worlds: web world, brand world and entertainment world. We don’t just know these worlds. We live them.
Crux Digital is proud to be partnering up with the Shit New Yorkers Say Team. The viral video, "Shit New Yorkers Say" was writer and comedian Eliot Glazer's successful attempt to parlay the popular meme into geographic obsession. Co-starring his sister, Ilana, shot and edited by Matt Mayer, and produced by Seth Keim, the video was an immediate hit, garnering close to 3,500,000 views and counting. Featured all across the media it is being nicknamed "The video all New Yorkers are talking about".
Crux Digital is proud to be partnering with Rick Mirecki here in the United States. Rick used 3 guys, 44 days, 11 countries, 18 flights, 38 thousand miles, an exploding volcano, 2 cameras and almost a terabyte of footage all to turn 3 ambitious linear concepts based on movement, learning and food into 3 beautiful and hopefully compelling short films.
Crux Digital has produced a live web-chat event with USA Networks and U-stream, featuring Callie Thorne, star of Necessary Roughness. During the airing of the season finale, Callie was on site in our studios, chatting in real time back and forth with fans. This provided fans with the unique opportunity to interact with the star of their show live and involved.
Crux Digital Set to Explore the New Media Ecosystem
The spunky new division of industry pioneer EUE/Screen Gems is leveraging its resources in commercials, entertainment and production for the digital age.
Hewlett-Packard and Porter Novelli teamed with Crux Digital, Space Station Media and comedy troupe Upright Citizen's Brigade for a live show produced at EUE/Screen Gems Studios and broadcast on HP’s You Tube Channel. Viewers of “H.P. ePrint Live” helped decide which skits and bits the UCB performed by e-mailing their suggestions to a printer, made by H.P., which was onstage with the cast. Comedian Rob Riggle hosted the event . HP’s new technology, ePrint, enables people who want to print files or photographs to send them from mobile devices to Web-connected H.P. printers, each with a unique e-mail address.
